Most people do what they are being asked to do or what target says. But sometimes, we forget to give our personal touch on what we do. So, it’ll become ‘your product/project’ and your own achievement not only company’s. Having ownership with your role also makes you easier to challenge yourself in every step that you take. Additionally, wholehearted talks about showing integrity and commitment at what you do. Angie Fox said when we bring our whole selves to work, we bring our best selves to work.
Tell the truth and have a thoughtful deliberation  
It takes courage to tell your co-worker or even your team leader what you really think about something. We hesitate to criticize or spill the truth because we may hurt their feelings or spark conflict. When it comes to company improvement, you always have to remember you’re on the same team and you’re trying to strengthen each other’s ideas with thoughtful discussion.
Besides, when we mess up, admit, apologize and learn from the mistake. When we need help, ask for one. Don’t lie. Don’t hide. Don’t hold back.
Sync in harmony 
Long-distance work is not easy, it requires a solid communication. Be aware of what others are doing and stay updated. But don’t forget to also share yours! Keep in mind that everyone has different understanding of things.
Pursue with speed and intelligence 
Often we are faced with a lot on our plate. We are challenged to take care of everything fast without decreasing the quality of our output. We might think it’s impossible to do but we believe every challenge is an opportunity for us to invent better solutions by hacking the process and putting the correct puzzle piece in the right place.
Be brave, ask questions, take action 
Most people do things just because they are instructed to or they think that it makes sense. Everyone should always question things. “Why do we do this? What is the objective? How will we do this? What the impact will be?”. Remember the old sayings malu bertanya sesat di jalan. If we don’t ask, we will certainly get lost. If we aren’t brave enough, we are letting others making false move without their knowing. If we don’t do anything, we will achieve nothing.
