Job DescriptionAssisting Business Development Manager in product development ideation, conceptualization to implementationWork in all teams of product discovery (user interviews/shadowing, design workshops. whiteboarding, mocks/wireframes, and user testing).Create requirements, business/system flow diagrams, and other documentation to support project deliverablesContributes to the standard product development plan
Min. QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical fieldAn understanding of software application development practices and life-cyclePassion for digital productsProven ability to learn fastDemonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovativeGood product design sense (UI/UX) (optional)Ability to work independently and take initiative while also serving as a team playerAbility to interact effectively with Associates across all levels of the organization and variety of culture
