About The RoleBusiness Consultant is an essential part of presales and business development. We’re looking for someone Interested in supporting presales and client implementation. We need a capable frontrunner to blaze the trail and make connections for us.Primary Responsibilities:Lead Management and Closing Deals
– Analyse and conduct research regularly on industry, market and competitors to stay updated on latest happenings as input for the product team for product development
– Identify, develop, and execute new strategies for business growth
– Prepare sales pitches and proposals, and follow up with leads
– Develops and refines negotiation and pitching strategies by keeping up to date with best practices
– Identify client’s challenges, business processes from prospective customers and objectives to provide consultation
– Propose recommendations for structuring a well defined partnership deal for clients
– Create offer letters for prospective customers, prepare project agreement documents and follow up company legality data for complete project agreement documents.
– Closing project include follow up commercial administration processMaintain Strong Client Relationships
– Manage, adapt, and overcome any challenges that arise concerning services or programmes provided
– Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
Required Qualifications:Some experience in a targeted sales environment. We are happy to train you in sales and our product but we are looking for someone with a passion for sellingBachelor degree from all major (preferably from Communication Science, Marketing or Management)Interest in marketing and a sales careerStrong negotiation and communication skills is an essentialMust be independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environmentAbility and desire to learn quickly and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios
Preferred Qualifications:FemaleHaving experience in Tech Company or familiar with HRIS Software or Payroll SystemHaving experience as Business Consultant or similar role related to presalesMore than years of inside sales, business development or outbound marketing experienceIn-depth understanding of the sales administration processA natural ability to write to and speak with prospectsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
