Task and Responsibilities:Manage Media RelationsDesign and deliver the Company’s overall media strategy in order to raise company profile and increase our reach and impact.Produce proactive press releases, media briefings, articles and other materials as required to fit with the strategy and goal.Plan and deliver reactive media campaigns to support all corporate programs and initiatives.Manage and build the Company’s relationship with journalists and media channels based on the priority and urgency (ensure the availability of updated media mapping).Ensure the timely delivery of the Company’s media plans to fit with internal and external events and hooks Identify opportunities to further external impact to create stronger company image.Design and maintain the media monitoring and clippings strategy for best exposure access.Deliver a routine comprehensive media report on monthly basis.Build and maintain key strategic external relationships, including with client, government, associations, communities and others, to promote the Company’s work program and initiatives, and potentially seek form partnerships and sponsorship.Deliver Strategic Internal CommunicationsDesign and manage internal communications strategy that meets organizational objectives and aligns with W Group communications strategy.Ensure that the internal communications function of W Group has a high impact in terms of keeping staff regularly informed, engaged and inspired and ensure that staff have a clear and positive grasp of what the Company stands for and what it is trying to achieve.Manage all the existing communications channels of W Group within one centralized team, and incorporate with overall communications activities.
1. Education and TrainingBachelor degree from any major; Professional in mass communication or social science qualification would be desirable.2. Language(s)English proficient.3. Specific Skills and ExperienceMinimum 3 years in Experience of having successfully developed, managed and implemented communications programmers aligned to the organization’s corporate objectives.Experience of delivering high quality form of communications in all channels (offline & online) both internal and external.Proven ability to design, develop and implement both communications and strategic programs and supporting tactics.Ability to understand technical and business concepts and express these concepts in clear, concise instructions.Ability to be flexible and open to changing priorities and challenges.
