Deskripsi Pekerjaan Data Support Officer Jakarta, Indonesia – Bina Nusantara Group

Job Responsibilities:
Data and Analysis:
Prepare and create an IPK distribution data evaluation graph for each Faculty/School
Verify the student list of IPK distribution data
Prepare nonregular student list of each Faculty/School and send it to the Head of the Department/Program
Prepare registered students’ and active students’ data (with the class transactions in each semester)
Prepare data for active students’ percentage calculation (with the class transaction)
Provide data summary and graphic analysis of student status every semester (i.e., active students, Drop Out, UD, graduation, graduate on time)
Provide achievement students data for the management meeting
Ensure data accuracy and minimize data error report provided to each Faculty/School in every semester
Provide recapitulation and data summary of various activities in the Student Advisory & Support Center (i.e., training, seminar, mentoring participant students, IPK distribution)
Analyze data on student organization activities (including their events and achievements)  

Management Support Activities:
Provide Report to direct Supervisor
Suggest improvement process related to activities in the area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort, and cost)
Perform activities related to Quality Management System
Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Special Skills:
