Job Description :Plan, communicate and execute digital marketing campaigns, programs, events, regularly and ad-hoc to meet clients’ business goals, mainly but not always beauty clinics / aesthetic clinics / skincare service providers (so called “Clients”)Plan, set strategy, write contents, communicate with designers/developers/clients/internal & external team, check output, review, revise, make sure delivery on time with quality, execute (post/publish) digital marketing contents/materials in any form agreed with teams for ClientsServe multiple Clients at the same timeWork as team with internal/external resources such as designers, developers, finance, external partnersCommunicate with Clients to understand their business goals, strategies, tactics, wishes and explain our worksDeliver Clients success as planned, report internally/externally in neat and organized formsWork hybrid WFH/WFO, WFO as per Clients/Company needsRequirements :Fluent in both Bahasa/English in verbal/written formExcellent sense of design, appreciation for beauty both natural & humanAt least 1+ year of field experience working as digital marketing executor for Beauty Clinics in Indonesia or other English speaking countriesExperienced in planning, copywriting, creating contents/design, uploading, evaluating, revising digital campaigns by yourself in one or more media like Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, Tiktok, and any other online mediaRequired to submit reference works including IG or FB account, which you have been managing/working onAble to quantify your performance in number (followers/likes/comments/leads/revenue)Strategic thinking to reach business goal, from long term to short termAble to work as a team with client, internal team and external partnersHonest and diligent at work, productive and resilient at team, cheerful and appreciative in lifeLove your work and want to be better at your work day by day, and want to be a better person
