Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in visual communication design/Management/Economics- At least 3 years’ experience as a planning manager- Experience in e-commerce industry is preferred- Strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills- In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce worldJob Responsibilities- Develop and implement work planning strategies- Through coaching, motivation and goal setting to ensure that the team effectively achieves performance and goals.-Plan and coordinate with the demander to produce the activity requirements in time.- Plan and develop implementation programmes to create sustainable value and deliver measurable results.- Monitor the progress and changes of the design work plan- Design social media type marketing posters, short videos and other business objectives- Research current platform trends and audience preferences-Manage content production for Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, etc.- Generate, edit, post and share fun content every day.- Work with marketing and design teams to plan and develop content, style and layout.- Track and report all social media metrics on a weekly/monthly basis- Keep abreast of the latest internal and external social media needs
