Prepare, create and distribute invoices and supporting to tenants.    Prepare Monthly Utilities report.    Prepare Monthly Parking report.    Maintain Tenancy Master File.    Follow up, collect and prepare daily reporting Bukti Potong WHT Art 4.2    Reconcile GL Bukti Potong WHT Art 4.2    Reconcile VAT Out (e-faktur vs system)    Archiving all billing & Bukti Potong documents to maintain administrative order and facilitate document tracking.
