Lowongan IT Application Support, Jakarta – PT. Nawa Data Solutions

Responsibility :
Monitoring system and application to ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly.Investigate, diagnose and resolve issues in the area of system and application monitoring.Coordinate with Vendor and Internal IT to resolve issues.In some conditions, escalate the issue to the next highest level management team.Create root cause analysis in case of incident and issue.Ensuring all SLAs defined are met.
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information system or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years of experience in handling helpdesk, production/application support, IT monitoring or similar role.Familiar with monitoring system.Fast learner, good communication, good reporting to Superior/User.Can work in individual and team as well.Can work in minimum supervision and under pressure as well.Able to work shifting.
Experience :Experience in system and application monitoring.Experience in handling helpdesk, production/application support, IT monitoring.Experience in banking/financial industry.
