Responsibilities:Conduct business and user requirement analysis.Gain/maintain an in-depth knowledge of business functions.Creating system documentation, flowchart, to be design, Functional specification, configuration document, testing scenario and user manual.Coordinate with business user and programmer team in software development project.Conduct training with user in the use of new applications.Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Having Experiences as Business Analyst in Digital Workers Product is a plusPractical knowledge in creating BRD and FSDUnderstand of SDLCFamiliar with Scrum MethodologyUnderstand of database/RDBMS and able to conduct query databaseUnderstand of IT Services Market & BusinessHave good communication, interpersonal skill, and English proficient (written and oral)Have good MS Office skill sets
