What you will do:Collect, analyze, and transform business requirements into tech requirements and documentation. Analyze current application against the business processes and proactively develop plans of improvements. Working together with teams to identify problems, obstacles, issues or risks and plan on actions to mitigate. Communicate effectively within the organizations to support the completion of projects or tasks. Ensure the quality of project or task delivery and documentation. Build and maintain relationships and communication with users and team.
What you will need:Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or closely related field. Min. 2 years proven experience as Business Analyst in technology-based company Previous experience in a technology-based financial industry is a plus. Excellent understanding of business processes and strong development planning skills. Strong in written and verbal communication Meticulous attention to details and highly organized. Familiar with SDLC and software development. Able to work in a diverse team.
