COMPANY: Logistic and Supply Chain SolutionsJOB SUMMARY: -Provide technical leadership, direction, and mentoring for highly skilled multi-disciplined engineering teams in delivering high-performing products.
-Facilitate technology and methodology decision-making throughout the team, including standardization, code reviews, reusable code base development, best practice, source control, and deployment processes.
-Establish internal framework and processes to streamline the development of product enhancement and new digital products from initial idea to implementation.
-Managing & drive development life-cycle by planning sprint and release
-Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities and resolve problems in early project stages (35% technical, 35% managerial, 15% administrative, 15% recruiting)REQUIREMENTS: 1. Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in IT
2. Strong leadership proven by the minimum 5 years of working experience as IT Manager who handled subsidiaries from all industry with strong skill as follow:
– Software development methodologies, agile software development values and practices, especially Scrum preferred
– Golang, PHP (Laravel, Lumens), Express JS, Flutte, Vue
– Google Cloud Run, Cloud, Build, Docker, Kubernetes
– Package management, DevOps
– Source code management using Git
