Job Description:
Responsible for the performances of various systems, and ensuring end-users Laptops/PC is running & monitored well.
Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including management of internal network, system backups, and rollout and support of desktop devices, including laptops and printers, and productivity tools.
Deploy and review various endpoint management tools in
Installing and provisioning various infrastructure devices within the organization, including configuration, installation, and maintenance of network devices (Mikrotik Router, Switch HP, Access Point)
Requirements:
Experience min. 3 Years ++ as IT Infrastructure
Good analytical skills, gathering information to diagnose problems and provide resolution.
Good technical skills and keeping up to date with emerging technologies
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office suite, Windows 10, Mobile Device troubleshooting.
Familiar with ITIL process – Incident, Problem & Change management (IPCM) (good to have).
Experience with vendor collaboration to fix IT infra related issues (good to have).
Good to have basic Knowledge on Network area – Network monitoring (LAN and WAN devices monitoring)
Solving on network problems (good to have)
Experience SQL Server and MySQL, VMware, Windows OS, Mac OSX & Hackintosh, Mikrotik Router (Network Security), Servers & PCs, LAN, Mikrotik Router, Access Point, Switch
Willing to full WFO in Jakarta
