Deskripsi Pekerjaan IT Infrastructure Support Jakarta, Indonesia – PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk.
This position will be working on Installing or configuring hardware, software, computer networks and email as well as diagnosing problems faced by users for the smooth achievement of company goals.
Responsibilities:
Install and configure all required hardware and software.
Provide solutions to problems that occur in hardware and software.
Manage administration matter in IT division (documenting asset in and out, checking asset status from vendor, invoicing related IT division)
Manage user accounts (add/delete accounts and reset passwords) to ensure compliance with established standard policies.
Monitor incoming ticketing, together with a troubleshooting support application team to solve technical problems & issues with the application so that these problems are immediately identified and addressed.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related.
Proven experience in IT infrastructure or IT support tasks or related min 1 year.
Innovating and adapting to the latest technology
Experienced with Retail business.
Experienced to retail POS devices installation.
Used to working under pressure, according pre-defined SLA support.
