Requirement yang Dibutuhkan IT Product Management – IT Consulting (A-95308), Jakarta – PT RGF Human Resources Agent Indonesia
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or Engineering from A accredited university.
Business English proficiency.
Minimum 4 years as IT Product Management on product or adjacent product in delivering successful and innovative merchant/internal team, experienced in handling projects, from IT Solutions company.
Great understanding of data, design, research, software engineering, business processes and able to coordinate effectively with the team in those areas.
Good communication skill, good time management skill, detail oriented, able to multitask, hardworking, good analytical skill.
Has working experience in Japanese company is an added value.
Has project experience with automotive clients is an added value.

Tanggung Jawab IT Product Management – IT Consulting (A-95308), Jakarta – PT RGF Human Resources Agent Indonesia
Translate business strategy into product strategy and execute product strategy.
Create, own, prioritize and execute a product roadmap aligned with the long term product strategy.
Convince peers, stakeholders and key executives using data, logic and other possible aspects.
Own key result for problem area, customer satisfaction, usability, on time releases and other critical metrics.
Develop good relationship with development team, business owner, operation team and other stakeholders to drive optimized product delivery.
Manage priorities, product definition, roll out and impact analysis for each of the initiatives that are owned by problem area as form of product requirement document or PRD.
Other responsibilities as needed.
