Job Description:
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing support for all application in Andalin
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Requirements:
Must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Any Fields.
At least 1 Year of working experience in IT.
Fast response.
Good communication and interpesonal skill.
Good team work.
Familiar with Microsoft 365 admin & Google workspace admin
