Job requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, IT, Information Systems, or related field.At least 5 years of experience working in IT operations / IT support and has previously managed team members.Analytical troubleshooter. You may not have the answer, but you want to and know how to find it.Experience with supporting Windows-based system, as well as OS X and a good understanding of Linux.Proficiency in at least of these programming languages: Nodejs, HTML5, CSS, JQUERYHaving knowledge & experience with Cloud ComputingCommunicate professionally and effectively at all organizational levels.Experienced with Grocery Retail & Grocery E-CommerceAbility to engage with senior Business stake holders.Ability to lead a team discussion and to communicate with team based across the globe.Good communication in English and Bahasa (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
