detik.com is looking for IT Support that includes Network Support, Streaming Support, and Helpdesk Support. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily performance of network systems/streaming support and answering user inquiries regarding network or hardware operations to resolve problems.
Requirements:
Minimal Diploma degree in Computer Science or related departments. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Familiar with PC hardware
Understand and expert in troubleshooting Operating Systems (Linux, OSX, and Windows).
Knowledgeable in Linux Based System
Knowledgeable in basic LAN and WLAN
Had an experience with live streaming equipment (VMIX) or social media live streaming (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc)
Ready to work in shift.
Excellent listening skills, understanding exactly what customers require.
