REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS/EXPERIENCEA minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT Support or related organization.BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subjectMandatory: Have knowledge on Ticketing System (like Jira)Solid Cloud experience, preferably in GCP and AWSExperience with monitoring systemsSolid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)A technical, logical thought processAn ability to stick to strict deadlinesAn ability to prioritize and delegateA keen eye for detailWilling to work on shift
