Job Description: – Maintain and upgrade hardware and network infrastructure. – End-user Support day-to-day operations through efficient troubleshooting. – Maintained co-workers’ IT systems and hardware. – Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks. – Skilled in installing & troubleshoot hardware (notebook, PC desktop, printer, CCTV, etc).- Support the deployment of new technological solutions.- Backup & Restore Data and security system- Document system processes and procedures.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology, or a related field preferred.- Have minimum 2 years of working experience as a System Engineer or System Administrator.- Strong understanding of network concepts (routing, switching, trunking).- Good understanding of the infrastructure of E-mail.- Good understanding of operating system technology, such as Linux and Windows Server.- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with network hardware such as routers, switches, access points, and CCTV
