What will you do:
◆ Responsible to provide technical support and maintain products on the customer’s site
◆ Monitor the system performance
◆ Collaboratively detect and solve issues that occurred in a production system.
◆ Participate in both on-site and on-call technical support based on night or day shift work.
◆ Write technical documents and reports for customers.
◆ Communicate knowledge and solutions to customers.
◆ Work in teams to provide the best technical support for customer experience.
◆ Your work hours will be based on shifts
Requirements
◆ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer engineering, or other software development-related major.
◆ Have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
◆ Basic Java Programming, Python, Docker
◆ Had experiences with Unix/Linux platform and shell scripting (sh, bash, Korn, and Perl are preferred).
◆ Understanding of TCP/IP and applications (Telnet, SSH, (S)FTP, and HTTP(S) and Packet Analyzer are preferred)
◆ Had experiences with database administration and SQL (Oracle and MySQL are preferred).
◆ Strong communication skills, good time management, and stress management
