General Overview
IT Support Specialist is a technician in the organization who has responsibility for the installation, evaluation and improvement of three main objects, namely computers, software and network system development.
This role will report directly to the IT Team Leader.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Highly experienced in providing support to Large Corporate Infrastructure.
Hands-on experience in Notebook, MacBook, printer & scanner configuration
Installation & Troubleshooting of Antivirus, MS office, outlook clients, and other software.
Hands-on experience in supporting Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Patch management, etc.
Experience in troubleshooting all office network related issues (Router/Switches/Access Point)
Sound knowledge of Mikrotik, Fortinet, and other firewalls
Good knowledge of Google Workspace, Okta, and Office 365 to prepare reports and dashboards.
Sound knowledge of JIRA Service Desk
Good communication skills to handle corporate users.
Good Technical knowledge of the latest technology trends
Vendor management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology.
Minimum 2 years are supporting corporate end-user services.
Preferred have good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Familiar with all kinds of IT remote help desk
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
Highly motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision in a highly competitive environment
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Good communication skills to handle corporate users.
Good Technical knowledge of the latest technology trends
Willing to be placed in Semarang
