Preparing IT Plans and IT system-related investments.
Providing governance and oversight of projects to ensure they are aligned with the organization’s strategy and objectives.
Developing and implementing project management methodologies and best practices.
Facilitating project status reporting and risk management.
Developing and managing project budgets and schedules.
Providing regular project performance and status reporting to the management.
Identifying and implementing improvements to the project management process.
Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
