By being part of this team, you’ll get to contribute to the development of Indonesian human capital.Responsibilities:Minimum 3 years of working experienceHave a passion in developing impactful intervention/educational programsHave a good understanding of the adult learning process, from need analysis, module development to evaluationHave experience in supervising and organising team membersHave a high initiative and be able to work under minimal supervisionHave a growth mindset and a huge appetite for learningHigh in GRIT with the ability to work in fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative working environmentsResponsible, communicative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlinesFamiliar with Ms. Excel/Google Sheets, Ms. Word/Google Docs, and Ms. Powerpoint / Google Slides.Qualification:Design, organize, and implement learning programs from need analysis, module development to program evaluation.Responsible for planning and overseeing projects from the initial ideation through to completion.Deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.Coordinate with content experts, facilitators, mentors and coaches.Coordinate with stakeholders (vendors, clients, business partners)Willing to join for a minimum of 3 months.Willing to be located at Cibubur, 2 times a weekAble to join as soon as possible.
