Hold Bachelor’s degree from top tier/oversea university, minimum GPA 3.0 from Economic major.
Has minimum 1 year experience in handling funding/lending in Financing or Banking industry.
High Conversational level Mandarin & business level English (spoken & written).
Knowledge about accounting and financial analysis.
Familiar with Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point) .

Tanggung Jawab Mandarin Speaker Marketing Staff/Senior Staff – Financial Lease (B-90183), Jakarta – PT RGF Human Resources Agent Indonesia

Introducing products, develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers and suppliers in order to get new business.
Conducting feasibility studies of the customers in term of their credit worthiness.
Preparing initial proposal, credit proposals, analyze and examine lease applications, and appraise credit risk of the customers and present all these to superior.
Follow-up the collection of customer’s documents and visit customers to observe first-hand their condition.
Get confirmation from superior in accordance with the amount of disbursement to pay which has to follow the company rules.
Implementing Marketing Policies & Operating Procedures that is linked to the company’s business strategy.
Ensure payment (collection) from the customers.
Preparing and submitting Marketing Reports regularly.
Give response and follow-up the work requirements and instructions which are given by superior and management in accomplishing duties.
Other related tasks as assigned.
