Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, Business Management, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising or garment follow-up, with leadership skills in the garment or promotional needs industry. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, with analytical abilities. • In-depth knowledge of materials, production techniques, and quality standards. • Ability to work with targets, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and in a team. • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. • Good understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and industry regulations.
Job Description: • Lead and manage a team of merchandisers to achieve sales targets and meet customer demands. • Develop sales strategies, coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and vendors, and oversee the sampling and production process. • Conduct quality control checks, analyze sales and production data, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. • Collaborate with various departments, conduct team meetings and trainings, and proactively source new suppliers. • Make daily, weekly, and monthly reports. • Find new vendors and maintain relationships with existing vendors.• Stay updated with current pricing and trends, able to negotiate to get the best price. • Communicate daily with sales team to provide updates on orders and resolve any issues.
