Lowongan Operations Associate, Jakarta – Dpay

Durianpay was established in 2020 with a vision to build modern business payments stack which helps improve customer as well as merchant experience in the region. Beyond payments, we aim to be a one stop solution for checkout, promos, reconciliation and many more.We are looking for an Operations Associate who will take the wheel in merchant/client operations, payment partner operations, customer care, and everything in between. You will be liaising closely with business development, partnership, product team and finance operations team to ensure smooth operations of our B2B clients’ onboarding, integration, requests and needs.Job description and key responsibilities:Build strong (business) processes and drive SLAs within the Operations department.Assist in several operations functions from merchant onboarding, onboarding merchants to payment partners, customer success, customer care to financial operations.Navigate and streamline merchant onboarding to multiple payment partners that Durianpay has.Identify gaps in current process keeping in mind the end goal that is to meet go-live SLA and to ensure go-live SLA improves Q-by-Q.Resolve day-to-day operational issues with payment partners (i.e. payment gateway, e-money, fund transfer operators).Responsible for all customer service activities, which include providing the necessary assistance and guidance to customers, as well as resolving any complaints, inquiries, or other issues in general.Work cross functionally with other teams such as product team, business development team, marketing team, etc.Requirements:1-3+ years of experience in operations and/or customer success and/or customer careExcellent communication skills, Speak fluent Bahasa and EnglishExperience managing a large teamGood problem solving and documentation skillsGood knowledge on online payments, online ecommerceShould be dynamic, persistent and methodical
