Requirements:
Fresh graduated/final year students
Minimum internship period four months
Preferably possess backgrounds in psychology, communication or education
Team player, responsible initiative taker, and problem solver
Self-confident, creative, and innovative
Fluent in using Google Suite (especially Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs)

Job Description:
Support logistic arrangement for people development and onboarding program (scheduling, invitation, reporting, and documentation)
Support people development programs from preparation, manage learning sessions and activities.
Act as co-facilitator and support learning delivery (attendance, notes, presentation, and internal promotion material)
Do a research and planning for developing internal development program
