THE POSITION
What you will do
Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of People Operation Support. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.
Planning and coordinate secretariat activities.
Coordinate the implementation of general administration tasks includes organization and management, personnel, finance, archives, equipment and household affairs of educational institutions
Other official duties assigned by Superiors.
Prepare a work plan for the administrative work program.
Coordinator the administrative completeness of educational institutions and storing important documents.
Compile attendance lists for tutors and students.

Requirements and specifications
In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:
Bachelor’s degree in any major
At least 1 year of working experience as HR Generalist or similar role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate on administrative task
Analytical, data-driven, reliable and results-oriented
