Qualification:Possess Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree From a technical, Industrial Engineering or Management field.Min 5-10 years work experience, preferably have experience in tech companies or startups (product or market) including specific technical or industry knowledge.Having experience developing B2B digital products.Hands on experience and understand B2B landscape & processes well.Strong analytical thinking skills to deeply understand the end-to-end processes and conduct impactful analysis.Data-driven mindset. Able to handle numbers, read trends, and spot data discrepancies.Tech savvy.Good communications skills, attention to detail, able to speak and write in Bahasa and English.Ability to work independently and in a team.Superior project management and interpersonal skills.Able to adapt quickly in an agile and fast paced environment.

StrategicProvide project management support to leaders across departmentsPartner with cross-functional leaders in Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, People, Sales, and Operations to ensure smooth operation of the business and consistent achievement of the operational plan and growth goalsPartner closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Business Development to develop actionable, measurable projects and programs that accelerate growth and improve front-line employee effectivenessWork closely with management, strategists, developers, and fellow designers to develop product roadmaps and ensure shared understanding of workRecommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products.Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results.
2. ProductPlan and execute programme for product educationDevelop usable visual representations that demonstrate information architecture, task flows, user journeys, and site/application structureClearly express the rationale behind your design decisionsDesign low- to mid- fidelity wireframes and mock-ups, including annotations and design rationaleProvides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product strategy, roadmap and analyses; answering questions and requests.Determines customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
