Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end procurement administration process, including procurement proposal, project submission administration, and project billing administration.Handle correspondences with clients related to project contracts and documentation.Perform any administrative needs related to the project. Qualifications: At least 1-year experience in an Administrative role (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!).Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Secretary, or another related major with min. GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale from a reputable university.Have extensive computer literacy (especially PowerPoint & Excel), communication, and administrative skills.Proactive, adaptable, and keen on continuous learning and development.Have no mobility issues.
