Undergoing this OJT (On Job Training Contract) period within 1 year. The Relationship Manager Development Program (RMDP) is an accelerated program from the Bank to build sales and leadership skills in the Wealth Management business. You will attend training and work on projects.Minimum Qualification:Education min. S1 from Reputable University, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4).Have a maximum of 2 years work experience as Sales or Marketing in the banking industry / financial institution.Open for Fresh GraduatesPersuasive and have good communication skills.Tough and highly motivated.Neat and attractive appearance.Having an extensive network is a plus.Clear BI Checkingthose who take part in this program are willing to take part in the development program for 1 year. and this program is more directed to a special Relationship Manager in Mortgage.Maximum Work Experience for full time 2 years, without trainee experience.Maximum 25th y.o.Willing to be placed at Bintaro, South Tangerang!!
