Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field. • 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management, preferably in the garment/promotional needs/advertising industry. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, with good analytical abilities. • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. • Good understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and industry regulations. • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to meet targets, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively. • Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license, if required. • Knowledge of garment or promotional needs industry products, production processes, and quality standards.
Job Description: • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze customer needs. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and provide excellent customer service. • Coordinate with internal teams, such as merchandising, production, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve customer issues. • Maintain sales records, prepare sales reports, and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. • Utilize social media and email marketing for promotional purposes. • Prepare and send out quotation requests, follow up with Sales Administration for quotation recaps. • Conduct price negotiations with customers and handle customer complaints, escalating to leaders when necessary. • Request approval for sample requests from customers and validate price bids. • Generate daily and weekly reports, and report to Sales Manager. • Collaborate closely with Sourcing, Finance & Accounting, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
