Hold Diploma’s degree in any major.
Has experience Sales Engineer for min. 3 years in Manufacture industry (not job hopper).
Business level English.
Experienced in Building/Government segment projects.
Have good networking of M/E Consultants.
Own driver license (SIM A).
Wiling to be placed in Central Jakarta.
Target oriented person.
Good communication, leadership, interpersonal skill and enjoy meeting people..
Good in negotiation and relationship building
Pro-active, result oriented, high commitment, flexible to travel to meet clients.
Able to work under pressure.

Creating sales strategy to increase market share.
Business development activities to expand the business and increasing clients number.
Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions with clients.
Analyzing cost and sales.
Compiling and analyzing all sales data.
Maintaining existing clients and keep building the good relationship with them for continuous order.
