Communication Channel : Telegram, Whatsapp, Freshdesk/Freshchat, On-site.Requirements and specificationsIn order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:Willing to work in shift hours day or nightMinimum of 1 Year of Experience in Customer ServiceHaving an experience in Front Desk, Frontliner, Customer Service Offline, Direct Selling are preferable [Freshgraduates are welcome]Confident, articulate and clear communication skills (verbal and written) with strong facilitation and presentation skills.Ability to work in a team and independently to a high standard without constant supervision and perform under pressure.Willing to be placed in Grogol, Serpong, Greenville, and Cibubur branch
