Lowongan System Engineer, Jakarta – Pensieve

As a System Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain Linux-based systems and infrastructure while optimizing system performance and ensuring reliability. Your role will also include implementing security measures, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with the development team to meet system requirements. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Linux and cybersecurity, your strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills, will be key to your success in this role.

You can expect to:Design, implement, and maintain Linux-based systems and infrastructure.Optimize system performance and ensure system reliability.Implement security measures to protect our systems from cyber threats.Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements.Collaborate with the development team to ensure our systems meet their requirements.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Linux and cybersecurity.

Specific for this role:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Linux system engineering.Demonstrate strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, including command-line interface.Have experience with system monitoring and performance optimization tools.Possess familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is considered an advantage.Good knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, which is also considered an advantage.
