About the role
We are seeking a Recruiter based in Jabodetabek area to help our business expand by hiring top-notch talent. In this role, you will assist management to determine recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies. Your duties will include but not limited to advertising positions, screening candidates, scheduling, preparing for interviews, and assisting in planning and executing employer branding.

Responsibilities
– Evaluating company services and needs towards creating an accurate profile.
– Developing and implementing a hiring strategy in consultation with hiring managers.
– Determining the audience, method, and reach of the hiring process.
– Manage end-to-end recruitment process in a huge amount salespeople as well general role.
– Constantly hiring number as targeted by company.
– Supporting recruitment teams in making objective hiring decisions.
– Maintaining employee records toward tracking hiring successes and identifying future opportunities.
– Assisting the team in Employer Branding and other initiatives as needed

Requirements
– Demonstrable hiring experience or in a related position, preferable from startup, retail, luxury industry minimum 3 years
– A bachelor’s degree in Business administration, International Relations, Communication, HR Management, or related major with min GPA 3.3
– Knowledge of ATS, HRIS, hiring strategies, and applicable labor law will be a huge plus.
– Competency in using word processing, spreadsheet, and voice call software.
– Excellent decision-making and organizational skills toward developing successful hiring strategies.
– Excellent creative written and verbal communication skills for internal and external purposes.
– Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong recruitment-related intuition.
– Willing to come to office minimum 2x times per week, preferably based in Jakarta
– Able to join immediately (maximum 2 weeks notice period)
