Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Indonesian & English speakerWorking hours: 10AM – 7PM (Mon-Fri), following Malaysian time zone, GMT +8Location: WFH, but will soon work in office in JakartaSalary package: RM 2500 – RM 3000 (basic) + incentives
Job Description:1. Source and screen candidate using a variety of tools and search method.2. Develop job postings, job descriptions and position requirements.3. Perform reference check as needed.4. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer letter and negotiating payment terms.5. Manage onboarding and new hire process.6. Manage overall interview, selection and closing process.
Requirement:1. Indonesian citizen with fluency in English language.2. Fresh graduates welcomed to apply, preferable with at least 1 year experience.3. Willing to work independently, under minimal supervision, target oriented.
